Location with a hidden gem
The Nemea Appart Hotel Cannes Palais boasts a superb location, just a stroll away from the beach. The spacious rooms enhance comfort, and the outdoor leisure spaces, including a heated pool, provide delightful relaxation options. Plus, the fully equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy meals at our convenience.
However, the staff's responsiveness could use improvement. Upon our early arrival, it felt like our inquiries were met with indifference. Additionally, the HVAC system in our room struggled to warm up adequately, making for chilly nights.

Upon arrival, the room wasn't ready, and we had to navigate multiple trips to reception due to a malfunctioning door. Cleaning was subpar. we found hair on the floor and a clogged bathroom sink, with no proactive room cleaning unless requested. The pool area had debris around it, and the water was a bit on the cold side, detracting from the experience.
